Icelabz provides professional surveying services including:
All quotations provided by Icelabz are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on the information provided and may be subject to revision if the scope of work changes.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. After this period, a revised quotation may be required.
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the contract value before commencing work.

Deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed at the time of contract.
Survey drawings and data prepared by Icelabz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
Icelabz carries professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Cancelled work may be charged at our standard rates for time spent and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
